Wilson Earns All-America Honors for Second Time

St. Louis Community College sophomore Chrishana Wilson was named to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division II Basketball All-America First Team for the second straight season.

Wilson also repeated as the Region 16 Player of the Year. She averaged 14.9 points, 12.5 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game for the Archers, who finished the season with a 25-4 record.

Wilson, who will attend the University of Missouri-Kansas City in the fall, turned in three contests with more than 20 rebounds, including a season-high 23 rebounds Dec. 14 at Rend Lake. She scored a season-high 25 points Feb. 24 at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley.

Wilson also had 21 games in which she finished with double-digit points and rebounds.
