St. Louis Community College-Wildwood unveiled its ninth edition of “Sycamore,” an annual of poetry, prose and art.
The 2017 edition spans 72 pages. The magazine features 15 literary works ranging from fiction to creative non-fiction, drama and poetry. The magazine also includes photographs of paintings and drawings created by 16 art students.
Faculty members Monica Swindle, Mark Weber and Dan Yezbick served as editors and advisers for the 2017 edition. The cover artwork was created by student-artist Dion Dion.
“Our students are talented writers and artists,” Swindle said. “’Sycamore’ is a wonderful way for our students not only to showcase their works in a professional publication, but also to share their talents with the community.”
Printed copies of the magazine are available upon request. For details, contact Gina Tarte.
