Chancellor Search Process to Begin

STLCC LogoThe St. Louis Community College Board of Trustees has announced the beginning of a national search for the next chancellor.

“We are committed to conducting an equitable, inclusive, transparent and fair national search that will attract a strong pool of candidates,” said Craig Larson, chair of the STLCC Board of Trustees. “This is a very important time for St. Louis Community College. With your assistance of our college community, we look forward to a successful search for our next chancellor.

The board has selected Gold Hill Associates to assist in conducting the chancellor search. Gold Hill has conducted more than 100 community college searches. Preston Pulliams, president of Gold Hill Associates, will support the Chancellor Search Committee and the Board of Trustees.

Public forums will be held at each campus to solicit input from the STLCC community in developing the Chancellor Profile, a document that describes the qualities and characteristics we seek in a new leader. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend and participate in these forums.
